AWS has announced a new AWS Certified AI Business Strategist exam, available in beta starting September 29, 2026. The exam targets line-of-business leaders, consultants, and program managers who evaluate use cases, build business cases, and govern AI initiatives. Unlike technical certifications, it tests portable business judgment through enterprise scenarios—covering AI fundamentals, strategy and ROI, governance, and transformation leadership—without requiring coding or AWS implementation experience.

Genpact Announces the Genpact Record-to-Report Suite

Genpact, an Agentic Operations company, has announced the general availability of the Genpact Record-to-Report Suite, a new agentic solution to help finance teams improve their close efficiency, strengthen controls, and provide reliable numbers throughout the financial close cycle. This solution extends the company’s agentic solution portfolio and is designed to apply agentic AI to journal entry, reconciliation, and intercompany processes. This will enable finance teams to move from reactive close activities toward more predictive, insight-driven operations.

GoTo and Nexthink Deepen Their IT Support Integration

GoTo, a cloud communications and IT company, has expanded its partnership with Nexthink, the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management provider. The expansion introduces a bidirectional integration between LogMeIn Rescue and Nexthink Infinity, enabling one-click remote support sessions from the Nexthink device view, surfacing live device telemetry and DEX scores in Rescue, enriching Rescue AI recommendations with Nexthink data, and allowing technicians to execute Nexthink Remote Actions directly from the Rescue console. Customers can access the integration from the Nexthink Infinity Library.

Orchestra, an Agentic Control Plane for enterprise data and AI workflows, has formally launched its ‘Agentic Control Plane,’ an AI-native platform that unifies data pipelines and governed AI agents in a single environment. Quickbase Debuts an AI Form Builder for Its FastField Product

Quickbase, an intelligent operations platform provider, has introduced an AI Form Builder for its FastField mobile forms product. The launch aims to help field teams generate working forms from voice dictation, text prompts, uploaded PDFs, or photos of paper forms. Specifically, the new feature targets inspection, safety, and service workflows where teams still rely on clipboards, with the goal of enabling users to describe required fields and logic or convert existing documents into editable digital forms without manual rebuilding. Zoho, a global technology company, has enhanced its Catalyst platform-as-a-service with agent-ready development capabilities built to connect application coding, deployment infrastructure, and governance. The updates include support for Model Context Protocol, Agent Skills, a non-interactive command-line interface, and integrations with coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
