AppDirect, a B2B commerce platform, has completed its acquisition of vCom Solutions, a provider of IT lifecycle management services for mid-sized companies. The acquisition includes vCom’s network and mobility lifecycle management platform, as well as the Buyers’ Club program and managed services.
