Advantive, a software company for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, has acquired PINpoint, a manufacturing execution systems (MES) provider. With the addition of PINpoint’s InSight Hub offering, Advantive can broaden its product suite with additional MES capabilities and expand its ability to offer clients intelligent data collection, inspection guidance, and real-time insights, visibility, and actionable insights for companies across the food, beverage, aerospace, defense, packaging, and construction industries.

Celonis, a process mining company, has appointed former SAP and Deutsche Bank executive Dilip Khandelwal as Chief Customer Officer and Chairman of its India Advisory Board.
