AppDirect, a B2B commerce platform, has announced the acquisition of Broker Online Exchange (BOX), a North American retail energy network. The acquisition marks AppDirect’s entry into the energy procurement sector, expanding its technology marketplace to include energy solutions, enabling businesses to manage digital and physical services from a single platform. As part of the acquisition, AppDirect will add Broker Online Exchange’s capabilities to its solution portfolio. BOX brokers will also receive access to AppDirect’s technology solutions to sell and provide to their clients.
Appian Connected Claims 2.0 Brings AI to Insurance Workflows
Appian has launched Connected Claims 2.0, a significant upgrade to its insurance claims management platform, now enhanced with advanced AI capabilities.
