Appian Announces New Features for its Platform
Appian, a business process automation solution, has announced the latest version of the Appian Platform for AI process automation. The new release is built to empower business and IT leaders with the tools they need to streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and support better business outcomes via data-driven decision-making. The update also includes a preview of Appian’s self-service analytics (SSA) capabilities, enabling users to extract additional insights from Appian’s Data Fabric. Celonis Expands its Solutions with New Process Intelligence Technology
Celonis, a process mining solution provider, has launched the Process Intelligence (PI) Graph, a new technology designed to capture and unify an organization’s process data. The new functionality—announced at Celosphere, the company’s annual user conference—is a system-agnostic digital twin that uses machine learning to enrich internal process data, providing businesses with a single process intelligence layer capable of supporting improvements, automations, and system transformations across applications. Celonis Acquires Symbioworld GmbH
Celonis also announced its acquisition of Symbioworld GmbH, an AI-driven Business Process Management (BPM) software provider. As part of the transaction, the companies launched an enhanced version of the Process Cockpit tool, which merges live process insights with data gathered by Symbio. This provides users with a unified experience that enables compliant process execution and integrates core process KPIs and insights with customer process models and guidelines. Epicor, an industry-specific enterprise software provider, has acquired Elite EXTRA, a cloud-based last-mile delivery solution provider.
