Automation Anywhere, a provider of Agentic Process Automation (APA) and agentic solutions, has acquired Aisera, a company focused on agentic solutions for autonomous IT. With Aisera’s self-service agents for IT Service Management (ITSM), HR, and Customer Service, Automation Anywhere can further develop its expertise in automating mission-critical enterprise processes and expand its agentic automation portfolio. Aisera and its team of over 100 AI engineers will join Automation Anywhere to help accelerate the development of its multi-sector agentic solutions.

Capgemini Closes Its Acquisition of Cloud4C

Capgemini has closed its acquisition of Cloud4C, a provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public, and sovereign cloud environments. With Cloud4C’s team of 1,600 professionals skilled in platform-based services, including AI operations and automation capabilities, Capgemini can expand its footprint in the growing cloud-managed services market. The acquisition will also enable Capgemini to grow its industry-specific packaged frameworks, intellectual property (IP), assets, and generative AI (gen AI) solutions for cloud management and seamless migrations, alongside accelerating its SAP leadership.

Celonis Introduces New Platform Innovations

Celonis, a global Process Intelligence company, has announced significant platform innovations at the Celosphere 2025 event. These innovations empower teams with a multimodal digital twin that can power AI-driven operations and help them create intelligent, composable solutions. Deloitte has announced several updates and new features to its agentic AI-infused delivery platform, Ascend. These enhancements will enable Deloitte to improve its execution and orchestration of work, as well as support its software, solutions, and products for clients, all from a unified engineering foundation. Sage Releases a Finance Intelligence Agent

Sage, an accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology provider for small and mid-sized businesses, has announced the Sage Intacct Finance Intelligence Agent. The Finance Intelligence Agent is part of Sage’s growing network of AI agents for the CFO. It will serve as an intelligence layer, routing natural language questions to the appropriate AI Agents and financial data sources, making it easier for teams to coordinate their responses and compose a final, actionable answer, all within seconds.
