Accenture Expands Its Collaboration with AWS
Accenture has expanded its collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver additional transformative digital services to public sector, defense, and national security organizations. Through the Accenture AWS Business Group, the companies will collaborate to develop new solutions that utilize cloud and AI services to reduce operating costs, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the quality of citizen services and defense capabilities. These solutions will run on AWS’s infrastructure, combining Accenture’s cloud, data, and AI expertise with AWS’s secure cloud and AI services.
Acumatica Announces a Strategic Partnership with BILL
Acumatica, a cloud ERP company, has announced a strategic partnership with BILL, an intelligent finance platform. As part of the collaboration, Acumatica will integrate BILL’s Accounts Payable (AP) automation capabilities directly into the Acumatica Cloud ERP solution, enabling businesses to manage, move, and maximize their finances within their ERP. John Case, CEO of Acumatica, says, “AP automation is vital to growing businesses, and we’re thrilled to partner with BILL, a trusted innovator in financial operations, to deliver this capability.”
AVEVA Introduces New Capabilities to Its Digital Twin Offerings
AVEVA, a global industrial software company, announced that it is integrating trusted asset information, real-time operational data, and advanced analytics into its digital twin solutions. Through enhancements to AVEVA Asset Information Management and AVEVA PI Data Infrastructure, AVEVA users will see improved data governance, more actionable insights, accelerated decision-making, and scalable transformations. Additionally, this will combine trusted information and real-time operational data in a modern user interface on AVEVA’s CONNECT industrial intelligence platform.
Druid AI Debuts New Self-Building AI Agents
Druid AI, an AI innovator, has launched Virtual Authoring Teams, a new generation of self-building AI agents that can design, test, and deploy other AI agents. The company also revealed the Druid Agentic Marketplace, a curated ecosystem of ready-to-deploy AI agents for banking, healthcare, higher education, and insurance companies. With these updates, Druid AI’s framework will empower companies to co-create intelligent agents through natural interaction, help technical teams scale delivery at enterprise speed, and provide a direct path to agentic AI.
ECI Software Solutions Unveils Its New Payments Division
ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, has unveiled its new Payments Division. The offering aims to advance ECI’s fintech strategy by helping customers optimize cash flow, improve profitability, and drive growth. To lead the new payments division, the company has appointed Andres Ricaurte as President of the Payments Division. With Ricaurte’s industry expertise, the Payments Division will focus on advancing ECI’s suite of embedded fintech solutions, which span payments, working capital, and financial operations automation.
Leena AI Releases the AI Colleague Studio
Leena AI has announced its AI Colleague Studio, a workspace for designing, testing, and deploying enterprise-ready agentic AI Colleagues. With the Studio, enterprises can develop autonomous AI Colleagues for back-office use cases. The Studio workspace includes access to Leena AI’s catalog of pre-built AI Colleagues, including five brand-new Colleagues announced today that are pre-configured for common HR, IT, and finance workflows. Leena AI customers can also customize these “ready-made” AI Colleagues or design new ones from scratch without the usual development cycles.
Pipefy Launches AI Agents for Insurance Providers
Pipefy, a process management and AI platform, has added AI Agents to its solution for insurance providers. With these AI agents, insurance providers can automate tasks and enhance customer service by streamlining claims administration, policy renewals, fraud detection, and other processes. The agents can also run insurance workflows autonomously, adapt decisions in real-time, and deliver precise, rapid outcomes, all while ensuring compliance. Additionally, brokers and insurers can utilize Pipfy’s AI agents for claims and event management across various use cases, including health, life, and property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
Sage Debuts the Cloud Release for Sage 50
Sage, a provider of accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, has announced that Sage 50 is now available on the cloud. The new deployment option provides customers with flexible, secure access to their financial data, while also preparing SMBs for future innovation with support for automatic updates, built-in backups, and enterprise-grade security. Neal Watkins, EVP of the Small Business and Accountants Division at Sage, says, “Upgrading Sage 50 into the cloud is about much more than accessibility—it’s about helping small businesses prepare for the future and leapfrog to the AI era.”
