Cornerstone OnDemand Expands Its Leadership Team
Cornerstone OnDemand, a workforce agility solution provider, has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Guna Jayaraman as its new Chief AI Officer and Himanshu Baxi as Chief Development Officer. Together, Jayaraman and Baxi bring over 40 years of collective experience to Cornerstone, which they will utilize to help the company continue creating people solutions that enable organizations to overcome skills shortages, AI adoption challenges, and unlock human potential in the evolving marketplace.
Digital.ai Appoints a Chief Financial Officer
Digital.ai, an AI-powered software delivery platform for enterprises, has appointed Randall Robinson as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Robinson will spearhead Digital.ai’s finance organization, which encompasses its accounting, revenue operations, and strategic planning. Most recently, Robinson led the global finance, accounting, M&A, revenue operations, and strategic planning functions at ProfitSolv. Derek Holt, CEO of Digital.ai, says Robinson’s “strategic insight will enable us to align our financial goals with our commitment to delivering exceptional value in the rapidly evolving software development and delivery landscape.”
GoTo and Nexthink Announce a Strategic Partnership
GoTo, a cloud communications and IT provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Nexthink, a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management company. The partnership will introduce a new integration between LogMeIn Rescue, GoTo’s enterprise-grade remote support tool, and the Nexthink Infinity platform, delivering seamless journeys for IT teams from detection and diagnosis to insight and resolution. For example, instead of relying on patched-together platforms or disruptive transitions, the integration can launch Rescue’s AI-enhanced remote support sessions directly from the Nexthink platform.
Mendix Details the Features Available in Its Latest Platform Update
Mendix, a Siemens business, has announced a significant platform release that introduces new AI capabilities. The release includes agentic AI-driven enhancements designed to transform how businesses operate, compete, and grow. These enhancements leverage agentic and generative AI-assisted development across the SDLC to simplify and accelerate application development. This will help organizations easily generate prototypes, turn those prototypes into production-ready applications with Maia’s GenAI-powered visual editors, deliver applications at scale, utilize Agentic Workflow Orchestration to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
OutSystems Announces the General Availability of Agent Workbench
OutSystems, an AI-powered low-code development platform, has announced the general availability of OutSystems Agent Workbench. The Agent Workbench is designed to help enterprises unlock the business value of AI and agentic systems by unifying data, workflows, experiences, and intelligent agents into a trusted, unified platform with enterprise-grade security and control. “Agent Workbench was created to give our customers the tools they need to build the agentic future with OutSystems. Our Early Access Program participants have realized impressive results with Agent Workbench, positioning them as industry leaders in agentic AI,” says OutSystems CEO Woodson Martin.
Plex Expands Its Connected Worker Solution
Plex, by Rockwell Automation, has expanded the integration capabilities for its Connected Worker solution. With these advancements, the Connected Worker solution can connect seamlessly with Rockwell applications and third-party systems, providing manufacturers with a unified approach to addressing modern workforce challenges. For example, manufacturers can use the solution to bridge skills gaps with real-time guidance, preserve manufacturing knowledge by capturing processes before experienced employees retire, use intuitive digital tools to recruit talent, and reduce complexity and total cost of ownership.
ServiceNow Unveils the AI Experience
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has announced the AI Experience, a unified, conversational front door to enterprise AI. The AI Experience utilizes a context-aware interface to unite people and AI in a seamless, multimodal environment with built-in governance, security, and transparency. It also introduces several capabilities to the ServiceNow suite, including AI voice agents, AI web agents, an AI data explorer, and an AI Lens that converts what users see (i.e., screens, dashboards, forms) into instant action. AI Lens is now available, and the other offerings are expected to be available by the end of 2025.
