KeyData Cyber Acquires BeyondID

KeyData Cyber, an end-to-end identity and access management (IAM) service provider, has acquired BeyondID, an AI-powered Managed Identity Solutions Provider (MISP) with expertise in the Okta platform and identity-first zero-trust solutions. BeyondID will complement and expand KeyData Cyber’s expertise across advisory, implementation, and managed services, with support for major identity platforms, including BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Microsoft, Okta, PingIdentity, SailPoint, and Saviynt. As part of the acquisition, BeyondID will be established as a KeyData Cyber company and help accelerate KeyData’s growth strategy, expanding its delivery capacity and depth of resources globally.

Rubrik, a security and AI company, has announced Agent Rewind, a new capability powered by Predibase’s AI infrastructure, which Rubrik acquired earlier in 2025. Agent Rewind will help organizations undo mistakes made by agentic AI by providing visibility into agent actions and enabling them to rewind changes to applications and data. The tool works by surfacing agent behavior, contextualizing each action, mapping those actions to their root cause, and enabling teams to rewind mistakes across files, databases, configurations, or repositories.
