Chitresh Yadav and Gerardo Melesio

Chitresh Yadav is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 29 years of experience in leading complex development of networking and telecommunications products. He currently serves as the VP & Global Head of Sales Engineering at Versa Networks. Prior to this role, as the Head of Versa in India, he led the R&D organization. Before Versa Networks, Chitresh held engineering management positions at Cisco, Juniper, and ALU. Both at Cisco and Juniper, he led the Product Architecture organization for Mobility (3G/LTE), NFV, and IoT domains. Chitresh spent 16 years in Alcatel-Lucent (formerly Lucent Technologies), rooted in the design and deployment of telecommunications networks. Chitresh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunication. Additionally, He holds several patents in the networking domain. Gerardo Melesio has been working in the networking industry for the last 8 years. He has been a Solution Architect for Versa for the last 4 years, focusing in satellite communications and working with some of the biggest operators in the world. Before joining Versa, he worked for several integrator channels in the Mexican market and as a Private Equity Analyst for a major international firm. Gerardo holds a BSc. in Telecommunications and Electronic Systems from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
