Black Kite Launches “First-of-Its-Kind” Supply Chain Monitoring Module
Black Kite, a leader in third-party cyber risk intelligence, this week announced the availability of its Supply Chain & Nth Party Monitoring module. The new solution is possibly one of the first in the industry to combine Nth-Party and high-profile cyber risk intelligence, including cascading and concentration risk, so organizations can anticipate and mitigate security incidents in their supply chains. In doing so, they can avoid the impacts these incidents have on their businesses, such as breaches at their own organizations, or damaging business disruptions.
ColorTokens Welcomes Former Senior CrowdStrike Executive, Amol Kulkarni, to Board of Advisors
ColorTokens Inc., an enterprise microsegmentation company, this week announced the appointment of Amol Kulkarni to its Board of Advisors. Kulkarni, who previously held senior positions at CrowdStrike and Microsoft, joins ColorTokens as an avid supporter of the company’s “breach-ready” strategy and segmentation-focused platform approach. He will leverage over 20 years of experience to help drive ColorTokens’ continued commitment to “protecting global enterprises from breaches by preventing the lateral spread of malware.” Before joining ColorTokens, Kulkarni served as the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at CrowdStrike, where he led their product and engineering organizations, with responsibility for the definition and delivery of CrowdStrike’s product and platform vision and roadmap. Before CrowdStrike, Kulkarni spent 14 years at Microsoft in various product and software positions including Bing’s knowledge platform. Kulkarni also currently sits on the boards of Dynatrace and JumpCloud.

Proficio, a leading MDR solutions provider, this week announced they were named a Representative Vendor in the 2024 Gartner Market Guide for Co-Managed Security Monitoring Services Report. This recognition underscores Proficio’s commitment to empowering clients with flexible co-managed security monitoring services, particularly through their SOC-as-a-Service delivery model. In their Market Guide, Gartner states, “Threat detection, investigation and response products are challenging to deploy, maintain, and operate.
