Salesforce.org has announced the launch of Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits, a marketing technology platform designed to help nonprofits of all sizes provide better digital experiences for their supporters. Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits comes equipped with native integration with Salesforce.org’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)—which converts the Salesforce CRM into a free and open-source solution for nonprofits—and enables users to segment constituents, develop personalized content for their audience, and more. Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits is available now.
Salesforce is a global provider of CRM and marketing solutions for financial services, retail, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive, transportation, education, and other industries. Salesforce.org is the company’s social impact center focused on building technology solutions and products for its global community of nonprofits, schools, and philanthropic organizations of all sizes.
With Nonprofit Marketing Cloud, nonprofit companies will have access to out-of-the-box templates they can use to create and deliver email campaigns for subscribers, donors, sustainers, volunteers, and other audiences. Other features available include access to the full suite of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integration with Google Analytics, native integration with Salesforce.org Nonprofit Success Pack, new data-driven outreach tools, assistance from selected members of the Salesforce consulting partner community, and out-of-the-box access to Trailhead, Salesforce’s online learning platform.
David Ragones, the SVP/GM of Nonprofit Cloud at Salesforce, says that “Nonprofits of all sizes aspire to engage with their donors, volunteers, and other constituents at the right digital moments that matter. With Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits, organizations who are both new to Salesforce or long-time users now have an easy on-ramp to a superior constituent experience with more personalized methods of engagement.”
