Salesforce has announced that new AI-based engagement scoring and data integration features are coming to its Marketing Cloud platform. These Marketing Cloud innovations will help companies personalize their customer interactions, make data the foundation of their digital strategies, optimize their marketing efforts with unified analytics, and more. Salesforce will be hosting a deep dive on these new features during the Dreamforce ’21 Marketing Cloud keynote, scheduled for September 21st at 1:00 pm PT.
Salesforce offers one of the most expansive and complete CRM products on the market. The platform includes all of the company’s sales and marketing applications, most notably the Sales and Marketing Clouds, Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, App Cloud, and IoT service. Salesforce is fully mobile, and its Complete Customer Management Solution is best-in-class. In addition to its core CRM features, Salesforce also offers an AI-based analytics tool called Einstein.
The innovations coming to Salesforce Marketing Cloud include Einstein Engagement Scoring, which will be available in Salesforce CDP; Einstein Designer, which uses AI to create content from available images, copy, and headlines; customizable Interaction Studio Templates; and Datorama Connectors. These features are generally available now, except for Einstein Designer and the Interaction Studio Integration for CRM, which are expected to release in early 2022 for Salesforce customers.
Michael Kostow—the EVP and GM of Marketing Cloud at Salesforce—says, “Brands that have accelerated success during the pandemic are data-focused, embrace AI, prioritize privacy, and find agile ways to collaborate across their entire organization. By combining Marketing Cloud’s new AI innovations with Slack, companies can quickly deliver highly personalized and relevant messages, build trusted customer relationships and drive growth.”
