Amplitude Launches a New Customer Data Platform and Expands its Analytics Solutions with Campaign Reporting Tools
Amplitude, a digital optimization solution provider, has announced the launch of Amplitude CDP, a new insights-driven customer data platform for product and marketing teams. The new platform can collect and analyze event data with a natively integrated analytics solution to help users improve their data quality, explore insights, discover new audiences, and sync data across their marketing and data stacks. Other features include a unified user interface, real-time audience syncing tools, event streaming capabilities, and a developer toolkit. Amplitude CDP is available to customers in the early access program and will become generally available later in 2022.
Amplitude also revealed new Campaign Reporting tools for the Amplitude Analytics solution. These tools will help marketing and product teams extract self-service insights from their digital marketing investments, measure campaign performance, and track downstream metrics like user engagement and retention. Alongside the new campaign reporting functionalities, Amplitude Analytics introduces new Data Tables for measuring KPIs and outcome-based metrics to connect behaviors with outcomes across sales and revenue.
Khoros Announces its Partnership with TikTok’s Marketing Partner Program
Khoros, a digital-first customer engagement software provider, has revealed that it is one of the first companies to integrate with the new Content Marketing specialty included as part of the TikTok Marketing Partner Program. With this partnership, social media managers will have access to new TikTok API integrations to help them manage accounts and scale content on TikTok without leaving the Khoros customer engagement platform. Khoros users will also have access to TikTok publishing, TikTok analytics, content monitoring, and moderation tools.
Lob Launches its Flagship Product, a Direct Mail Automation Solution
Lob, a direct mail automation platform, has announced the launch of its flagship product, which will provide the marketing industry with an end-to-end direct mail automation platform. The new platform builds on Lob’s direct mail APIs to provide marketers with a SaaS solution to simplify their direct mail efforts. Features include “hyper-personalization” tools, ROI tracking, campaign analytics, automated workflows for omnichannel campaigns, integrations with existing tech stacks, built-in address verification, and zero-touch print and delivery networks. All of these features can be used by businesses of all sizes.
