HCL Technologies Announces a New Digital Engagement Platform

HCL Technologies, a leading global technology provider, has announced the launch of a new digital engagement platform. The new platform, X by HCL Technologies, is designed to help brands develop personalized omnichannel marketing strategies that improve consumer loyalty and drive conversions. Key capabilities of the platform include tools for publishing, conversion, and engagement, covering features like automated publishing across channels, targeted campaigns, multi-lingual content delivery, 360-degree views of customers, e-commerce integrations, measurable KPIs, automated analytics into purchasing behavior, and more.


Highspot Expands its Sales Enablement Platform with its Spring ’22 Release

Highspot, a sales enablement platform provider, has released details on its Spring 2022 Release, which delivers new product capabilities to its platform. Included in the Spring ’22 Release is the Strategic Enablement Framework, designed to help companies evolve sales rep behaviors and accelerate business growth. Other features introduced in the release include content scorecards, “Engagement Genomics” data, content approval workflows, learning paths for reps, video scoring rubrics, rep scorecards, the Highspot Marketplace, and comprehensive views of buyers engagement data.


MoEngage Raises $77 Million in a Series E Funding Round

MoEngage, an insights-driven customer engagement platform, has raised $77 million in a Series E funding round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and B Capital, with participation from the company’s existing investors Steadview Capital, Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Eight Roads Ventures, and Matrix Partners India. The company plans to use the funds to continue deepening its footprint in The United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia markets while also expanding into new markets like Australia and Latin America. MoEngage will also begin exploring potential acquisitions to help it extend its platform capabilities.


Pipedrive Launches a New Campaign Management Solution

Pipedrive, a sales-first CRM and revenue platform provider, has announced Campaigns by Pipedrive, a new integrated marketing solution to help businesses streamline campaign management and align sales and marketing teams on a single revenue management platform. The new solution provides users with a real-time, 360-degree view of their data and enables them to manage their email marketing campaigns, create new marketing emails, and distribute them to subscribers from a centralized place within Pipedrive. Campaigns by Pipedrive is generally available to all active Pipedrive customers.
