Acquia Releases Several New MarTech Integrations for its Technology Ecosystem

Acquia and Widen, its product division, has announced several new technology integrations for its combined digital asset management (Acquia DAM) and product information management (Acquia PIM) solutions. The new integrations will help Acquia customers create more coordinated, automated content supply chains and can sync company assets and metadata across their evolving martech stacks. Acquia has also revealed new partnerships with Mediafly, Storyteq, Mediafly, and Visme and will have integrations for each in the Acquia technology ecosystem.


Cordial Raises $50 Million in a Series C Funding Round

Cordial, a cross-channel marketing and data management platform provider, has raised $50 million in a Series C venture funding round. NewSpring led the financing alongside new investor ABS Capital, bringing Cordial’s total investment to $85 million, including support from prior investor Upfront Ventures and High Alpha. Cordial will use the funding to expand its global presence, improve its product offerings, iterate on cross-channel engagement, help marketers create new revenue streams, improve data utilization, and maximize the impact of customer messages and engagement.


Freshworks Launches a New Integration with Google’s Business Messages Solution

Freshworks has launched a new integration with Google’s Business Messages solution, which can be used by Freshchat, Freshsales Suite, and Freshdesk Omnichannel users. The integration can help global companies reach and support customers on the Google Search and Google Maps mobile applications. This will make it easier for customer service agents to offer timely support to Google users, resolve queries in real-time, improve brand value with better discoverability, provide personalized experiences, deliver unified conversational experiences, and more.


Oracle Announces Details on its New Oracle Fusion Sales Solution

Oracle recently announced the “next generation” of its Oracle Fusion Sales solution, a sales automation app that helps users identify sales opportunities and close deals faster. Included as part of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) solution suite and powered by artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the new Fusion Sales tool can equip sellers with quotes, proposals, and recommended next steps that boost productivity and revenue. Additional features available via Oracle Fusion Sales include automated quotes, step-by-step guided sales processes, content recommendations, digital sales rooms, revenue intelligence, and more.


Scratchpad Launches Scratchpad Studio, a New Revenue Operation Toolkit

Scratchpad, a revenue team workspace solution provider, has launched Scratchpad Studio, a new Revenue Operations (RepOps) toolkit. The toolkit is built to help revenue and sales operations leaders drive process adoption, streamline their tech stack, and “close the gap” in data outside of Salesforce. Functionalities available on Scratchpad Studio will help users design frictionless sales workflows, create sales playbooks, sync changes to Salesforce, improve data visibility, reduce dependency on spreadsheets, and more. Scratchpad Studio is available now.


Vendasta Announces a Strategic Partnership with BigCommerce

Vendasta has announced a new strategic partnership with BigCommerce, an open SaaS e-commerce platform for established B2B and B2C brands. The partnership will allow current Vendasta partners to provide professional e-commerce websites to their small-to-midsize clients, alongside SEO, hosting, online store creation, security, and marketing features. BigCommerce is expected to debut in the Vendasta Marketplace in 2022.


15Five Has Raised $52 Million in a Series C Funding Round

15Five, a continuous performance management solution provider, has announced that it’s raised $52 million in a Series C funding round. Quad Partners led the funding with additional support from previous investors like Origin Ventures, Next47, Matrix Partners, Edison Partners, New Ground Ventures, and Point Nine Capital. 15Five plans to use the funding to accelerate its growth, invest in ongoing R&D efforts for measuring performance, integrate its software with coaching tools to help managers improve team performance, scale its go-to-market strategy, and pursue future acquisitions.
