Matik Drops a New Integration for HubSpot and Gainsight

Matik, an automation platform for data-driven content, has announced new integrations with Gainsight and HubSpot. With these integrations, customer success teams can connect the Matik platform to Gainsight and HubSpot, allowing Matik to query the data from those platforms and use it to automate the development of data-driven content like renewal decks, business cases, QBRs, and more. The metrics, charts, text, tables, and images the integration creates are compatible with Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint and can be edited by users whenever the need arises.


Gainsight Debuts New Capabilities to Help Companies Drive Customer-Centric Growth

Gainsight—a growth platform for customer success, product, and community teams—has released a suite of new capabilities to help users support and improve AI-optimized customer management, customer-centric product innovation, and digital-led customer collaboration. These features will help companies improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR), drive growth, optimize customer management with AI technologies, define product roadmaps, and more.
