HubSpot has announced several new features and updates for its leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies at its annual INBOUND event. The new features include payment schedule tools, data management enhancements, a WhatsApp integration, customer journey analytics, a fully connected service desk, and other tools for helping businesses create meaningful connections with customers.
