ClickDimensions, a revenue platform for small-to-midsize businesses, has released ClickDimensions Sales Engagement, a new solution designed to help unify sales and marketing teams, improve sales efficiency, improve the buying journey, and increase customer loyalty. The ClickDimensions Sales Engagement solution seamlessly integrates into its flagship marketing automation product. It comes equipped with the tools that users need to automate lead outreach, convert prospects into leads, redirect leads to marketing, prevent leads from dropping off, and more.
Forsta—a global provider of customer experience, employee experience, and market research technology— announced at Web Summit that it would expand its capabilities with new predictive net promoter scores (pNPS). The pNPS capabilities are built on Forsta’s Human Experience (HX) Platform and were created in cooperation with GemSeek’s customer experience data specialists. With these new predictive analytics features, Forsta users can track customer experience metrics and better understand customers. The pNPS tools are available now to Forsta clients.
Freshworks has launched its Fall ’22 product update, introducing new artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across its customer experience solution suite. These AI updates are built into Freshchat, Freshsales, Freshmarketer, and Freshdesk. Specific features introduced in the Fall ’22 update include social media campaigns, intelligent lead scoring, AI-powered responses to customer questions, personalized omnichannel email conversations, a conversations widget for Freshchat, integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and more. Freshworks will also host a virtual event on November 9th to demo the new features.
Freshworks also announced Freshservice for Business Teams, an enterprise service management solution (ESM) designed to help non-IT departments provide “uninterrupted service delivery.” Prakash Ramamurthy, the Chief Product Officer at Freshworks, says, “Thousands of Freshworks customers already use Freshservice beyond IT to support internal stakeholders. With Freshservice for Business Teams, companies of all sizes can benefit from service management principles in non-IT departments. Every part of the business deserves uninterrupted service delivery.”
Heap, a digital analytics provider, has appointed Micha Hershman as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Hershman has over twenty years of experience helping companies like Eventbrite and Envoy develop a global demand engine and scale their business. At Heap, Hershman will drive growth with product marketing, demand generation, and branding. In a statement, Hershman says, “I’m excited to join the Heap team and shout our story from the rooftops. Mimecast Limited—an email and collaboration security company—has announced the general availability of an Integrated Cloud Email Security solution. Users can deploy the new, gateway-less solution in a matter of minutes and use it to optimize protection for Microsoft 365 environments, increase visibility, streamline employee workloads, and improve IT efficacy with scalable email and collaboration security features. These tools will help businesses address critical security challenges, including complex attacks, skills gaps, expanded hybrid attack surfaces, and more. There is a free, thirty-day trial for the new solution available in the United States and the United Kingdom now, with availability in other countries planned for 2023.
Seismic, a global provider of enablement solutions, has announced several new product capabilities to help investment banks in their digital transformation journeys. These new capabilities include technology for content automation, AI-powered data insights, social media engagement, content distribution, and other tools for creating stronger client relationships, boosting employee productivity, and digitizing business processes. The Seismic platform also has over 150 integrations that banks can use to optimize the value of their tech stacks.
Twilio, a customer engagement platform (CEP) provider, has revealed several new products and enhancements to help businesses develop direct, profitable, and long-term customer relationships. These enhancements include Verify Silent Network Authentication (SNA), native integration between Google Dialogflow CX and Twilio Voice, and Twilio Engage, a new tool that provides marketers with real-time profiles that enable users to orchestrate customer journeys, create personalized experiences across channels, and drive growth at scale. The announcements were made at SIGNAL 2022.
