Acquia Launches a New Integration Hub

Acquia, a digital experience solution provider, has announced the launch of its integration hub, Acquia Exchange. The integration hub is designed to improve the flexibility and extensibility of its digital experience platform, making it easier for organizations to extend the platform’s capabilities with technology from Acquia’s ecosystem of SaaS partners. The three types of integrations available in Acquia Exchange include Native integrations, developed by Acquia; partner integrations, created by an Acquia technology or solution partner; and community integrations, built by third-party vendors.

Canvs AI Receives a $15 Million Investment

Canvs AI, an insights platform provider, has received a $15 million investment to help accelerate its product development initiatives, fuel growth, improve its customer success operations, and expedite the adoption of its Canvs AI Insights Platform. The investment is led by Fulcrum Equity Partners with participation from Engage, a corporate venture initiative from corporations like Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Cox Enterprises, Inspire Brands, and The Home Depot.

Contentsquare Announces its Acquisition of Heap

Contentsquare, a global provider of digital experience analytics, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Heap, a product analytics platform. The acquisition will combine the two complementary industry brands to help clients unlock deeper customer insights and optimize their online customer experiences. Additionally, the transaction will help the companies tap into new markets, drive growth on a global scale, identify new opportunities for innovations, and more. Once the acquisition closes, Menlo Ventures, NewView Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, DTCP, and tech investors will become Contentsquare shareholders.

Expandi Group Acquires Jabmo

Expandi Group, a B2B martech and adtech solution provider, has purchased Jabmo, a B2B account-based marketing (ABM) platform. Expandi will relaunch the Jabmo ABM Platform so it leverages most of the features it’s known for—including its integration capabilities with major social media platforms, CRM, and marketing automation solutions—alongside all of Expandi’s applications. Additionally, starting from Q4 2023, Expandi will take advantage of Jabmo’s network in the United States to expand its service areas to include critical markets in APAC and North America.
