Act-On Debuts a Data Lake Solution

Act-On Software, a marketing automation solution provider, is launching a Data Lake solution that will function as a private customer data platform (CDP) in Act-On’s marketing automation platform. The Act-On Data Lake will allow bidirectional information sharing to help teams better understand the customer journey, user customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns, incorporate third-party intent signal data into those campaigns, and use account data enrichment to maximize campaign performance. It will also integrate with Snowflake and Snowflake’s Data Marketplace.

AgencyAnalytics Launches a New Tool for its Reporting Platform

AgencyAnalytics, a reporting platform designed specifically for marketing agencies, has debuted a new reporting tool called the 11-Second Smart Report. This tool allows agencies to generate a comprehensive report from client data with a single button click. These “Smart Reports” are auto-generated based on each client’s connected integrations. Features include customizable drag-and-drop metrics, quick design tools (e.g., colors, titles, image widgets, custom-designed backgrounds) to ensure brand consistency, and scheduled sends.

ClickDimensions Appoints a New General Manager

ClickDimensions—a sales and marketing solution provider for small to medium businesses (SMBs)—has appointed Andrew Jones as its new General Manager, effective January 1st, 2024. Jones previously managed the Revenue organization within ClickDimensions and brings years of experience in the tech and communications industry to his new role as General Manager. Freshworks Signs a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS

Freshworks, a provider of AI-powered business software, has signed a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to commence in early 2024. The agreement will involve developing, expanding, and releasing Freshworks’ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings on the AWS marketplace. This will provide AWS customers with additional ways to purchase and use Freshworks’ solutions, helping businesses create smarter, faster customer and employee experiences.

Iterable Details its 2024 Winter Product Release

Iterable, an AI-powered customer communication platform, has announced its 2024 Winter Product Release, which features the new Iterable Ingest Toolkit. This new Toolkit features Smart Ingest, an Iterable-native feature co-developed with Hightouch to directly connect to leading cloud platforms, allowing marketers to bring all their customer data into Iterable’s system. The Toolkit also includes Data Schema Management, an intuitive user interface to help users manage and control data structure. Pipedrive, a sales CRM for small businesses, has appointed Marc Waxman as its VP of Demand Growth. Waxman has held multiple B2B and B2C demand growth roles in various industries. He spent the last five years at the B2B SaaS business GoCardless. Salesloft and IBM Announce a New Partnership

Salesloft, an AI-powered revenue workflow platform, has announced a new collaboration with IBM. The partnership involves embedding IBM watsonx—IBM’s AI and data platform—into the Salesloft platform. Vericast, a marketing technology company, has launched the Checking Engine, a new, always-on, end-to-end checking acquisition solution designed to help financial institutions discover new customers at a lower cost per acquisition.
