Braze Unveils New AI Innovations
Braze, a customer engagement platform, has unveiled new enhancements for its BrazeAI offering that will help marketers develop and optimize one-to-one personalized experiences. The upgrades—announced at Forge 2024, the annual customer conference—include a new solution codenamed Project Analyst. This AI agent leverages data from across the BrazeAI suite to generate hundreds of variants for each component of a customer experience. Other additions to Braze’s suite include two new assistant features, the BrazeAI Liquid Assistant, available now, and Message Template Assistant, scheduled for early access in the near future.
Contentstack Announces New Visual Building Capabilities
Contentstack, a composable digital experience platform (DXP), has expanded its platform with new native visual building capabilities. With these experience-building tools, marketers can accelerate their processes and see all their work in a headless environment. For example, users can natively visualize composability across vendors, future iterations of digital properties, generative AI authoring, personalization, and audience impersonation efforts. The new Visual Builder functionalities will help strengthen Contentstack’s previous personalization capabilities, including Contentstack Personalize, the Contentstack Brand Kit, and Contentstack Automate.
Gainsight and SAP Detail a Strategic Partnership
Gainsight, a customer success platform, has announced a strategic partnership with SAP to deliver an integration between the Gainsight CS and SAP Sales Cloud solution. The new integration aims to help companies improve their delivery of value-driven customer experiences at scale. Ritu Bhargava, President and Chief Product Officer for SAP Customer Experience and Industries, says, “By enhancing SAP Sales Cloud with Gainsight’s AI-driven customer success solutions, businesses will be uniquely positioned to cultivate deeper trust and loyalty with their customers, ultimately leading to higher retention and long-term revenue growth.”
GrowthLoop Reveals Details on The Loop
GrowthLoop, a customer data platform (CDP) for marketers, has announced The Loop, a new solution and methodology designed to help marketers better understand how specific marketing channels and audiences impact business outcomes. This will allow marketers to improve how they strategize, pivot, and iterate their efforts for a maximum return on investment (ROI). The Loop is built to securely add AI to the data cloud, including data from marketing channel results, sales performance, and customer interactions, equipping users with campaign users and recommendations based on specific tactics.
Verint Launches a New AI-Powered Copilot for Contact Center Agents
Verint, a CX automation company, has launched the Verint Knowledge Automation Bot, a new addition to its collection of Agent Copilot Bots. The Verint Knowledge Automation Bot is designed to automatically search multiple enterprise content sources to find answers to customer questions. It leverages generative AI to summarize the search results into a single, easy-to-understand response a contact center agent can deliver to a customer without putting them on hold first. The Bot does not require any lengthy content migrations or knowledge management re-writing, either, saving contact agents even more time and resources.
