DemandScience and Terminus Announce Their Merger

DemandScience, a B2B revenue intelligence and demand generation company, and Terminus, an account-centric platform for revenue growth, announced that they are merging into a single company. The newly combined company will operate under the DemandScience brand, with Peter Cannone continuing to serve as CEO and Terminus CEO Rich Howarth becoming CTO. In the announcement, Howarth says, “Our new organization has moved to the next level—if you’re a B2B marketer or seller, we can help you unlock revenue potential and exceed your company targets.”

Five9 Expands its AI Suite with New AI Agents

Five9, an intelligent customer experience platform provider, has expanded its Five9 Genius AI suite with new AI agents. These agents are the “next-generation” of Five9’s Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) and aim to help businesses create chat and voice bots that combine the speed and knowledge of AI with the conversational abilities of a human agent. This will enable teams to scale customer interactions, optimize self-service processes, reduce reliance on human agents, and more. The new agents will be available for beta in Q1 2025.

Gartner Releases its 2024 Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms

Analyst house Gartner, Inc. recently released the 2024 edition of its Gartner Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms, identifying twelve of the marketplace’s most effective marketing automation platform (MAP) providers for B2B companies. The researchers behind the report—Rick LaFond, Jeff Cohen, Alan Antin, Upasna Chandna, and Nicholas Mortensen—evaluated each listed vendor’s strengths and weaknesses and ranked them on the signature “Magic Quadrant” graph, and the editors at Solutions Review highlighted the updates worth knowing about.

MobileFuse Details its Partnership with ID5

MobileFuse, an in-app, CTV, and DOOH advertising platform provider, has announced a strategic partnership with ID5, an identity provider for digital advertising. As part of the partnership, MobileFuse will combine ID5’s addressability technology with its addressable and data-rich supply to help advertisers experience lower CPAs, CPCs, and CPMs. Advertisers will also be able to transact on the ID5 ID platform to maximize addressability across audiences without using legacy identification methods while still respecting global privacy regulations.

Persado Grows its Board of Directors with Two New Appointments

Persado, an AI-powered content generation solution for marketers, has added financial services executives Somesh Khanna and Steve Mugford to its Board of Directors. Khanna brings over two decades of experience to Persado, having served a long tenure at McKinsey & Company and, before that, as CEO of new business Credit. Meanwhile, Mugford is the CEO and founder of Visceral AI, a market research platform. He has thirty years of experience, which he will use to help Persado guide its innovation and growth initiatives.

Reltio, an AI-powered data unification solution provider, has announced an integration with ZoomInfo, a go-to-market platform that helps businesses find, acquire, and grow their customers. The Reltio Enrichment with ZoomInfo offering is designed to quickly enrich customer data so companies can inform their sales and marketing decisions with the most up-to-date insights. The integration will also provide businesses with customer data governance capabilities, up-to-date contact info, enriched customer data, and a GenAI-powered conversational assistant that uses pre-trained ML models.

Salesloft Debuts an Analytics Dashboard for Revenue Teams

Salesloft, a revenue orchestration platform for B2B organizations, has announced the global rollout of Command Center, a new analytics dashboard designed to give revenue leaders in-depth visibility into their revenue operations and performance. Command Center uses Conductor AI, Salesloft’s proprietary AI engine, to extract and analyze data from a sales workflow and transform it into revenue insights that fuel action, improve deal outcomes, and more. Salesloft also announced several updates to its platform, including enhanced analytics, configurable metrics, improvements to the Play creation process, and expanded multi-language support for Conversation transcriptions.

Thryv, a “do-it-all” small business software platform provider for smaller businesses, has launched the Thryv AI Review Response tool. This tool lets businesses quickly respond to feedback on their Google Business Profile listings, YP.com, Trustpilot, and other leading review sites. Thryv AI Review Response works by aggregating reviews from over twenty-four review sites into a single view and providing users with customizable, AI-generated responses that can maximize their brand’s online reputation.
