Canto Launches a New Tool that Unifies DAM and PIM Capabilities
Canto, a digital asset management software provider, has launched Canto PIM, a new platform that combines digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM) capabilities. These features aim to help companies address the challenges involved in managing, distributing, iterating, optimizing, and securing their digital assets and product data across channels, campaigns, and use cases. The Canto PIM platform will also enable brands to synchronize omnichannel experiences, streamline product launches and scaling, track asset performance, and protect brand assets with enterprise-grade security.
Cordial Appoints a VP of People and Culture
Cordial, an enterprise marketing platform, has appointed Chelsea Williams as its VP of People and Culture. Williams has a decade of experience leading HR and people functions for high-growth companies across markets, where she has a proven track record of aligning talent, business objectives, and meaningful organizational impact. Freshworks Announces the Appointment of a New Chief Product Officer
Freshworks, a “people-first” AI service software provider, has announced that Srinivasan Raghavan is its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). Raghavan has over twenty years of leadership experience in the enterprise SaaS industry, which he will use to lead and scale Freshworks’ product strategy and vision. He will join the company’s executive management team and report directly to Dennis Woodside, Freshworks’ CEO and President. Raghavan most recently served as CPO at RingCentral, where he helped the company expand its portfolio. Before RingCentral, he also held leadership roles at companies like Five9 and Cisco.
RingCentral Enhances its Integration with Zendesk
RingCentral, a global provider of AI-powered business communications, has enhanced its integration with Zendesk with the launch of Zendesk Talk Partner Edition for RingEX. The new solution seamlessly embeds RingEX’s voice capabilities and rich call data directly into Zendesk’s customer support platform, which empowers users with streamlined workflows and actionable insights for personalized customer interactions. Additional benefits of the tool include uninterrupted access to essential tools, improved ticket management, and the flexibility to make calls directly within the Zendesk browser interface, using the desktop application, or via a desk phone.
Verint Debuts a New CX/EX Scoring Bot
Verint, a CX automation company, has announced that a new CX/EX scoring bot is now running in the Verint Open Platform. The bot provides users with real-time insights instead of the “lagging” indicators usually provided by customer and employee surveys. Companies can use the scoring bot to automate knowledge searches, reduce call length, and automate call summaries. Josh Feast from Verint said, “These richer CX and EX insights provide the accurate and timely data needed to deliver strong AI business outcomes driven by elevated customer satisfaction, reduced customer churn, and increased efficiency in the contact center.”
Upland Expands the Upland Altify Solution with Additional AI Functionalities
Upland Software, an AI-enabled cloud software provider for digital transformation, has announced that its Upland Altify solution is now powered by Altify MaxAI. Altify MaxAI brings additional AI capabilities to the platform, empowering sales professionals with the tools they need to elevate sales productivity, boost performance, uncover critical buying insights, automatically fill gaps in contact and persona data, convert deal signals into actionable insights, automate account research processes, and streamline strategic deal planning with automated competitive research.
