Cresta, a contact center AI platform for human and AI agents, has announced AI Analyst, a new natural language interface designed to help organizations uncover insights into business strategy, customer experience operations, and agent behavior from customer conversations. Exclaimer, a global email signature management solutions provider, has announced its latest integration with Chili Piper, a demand conversion platform. Qualtrics, an experience management (XM) solution provider, has announced a new partnership with SAP. The companies will work together to provide clients with the joint capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics XM for Employee Experience.
