The first Customer AI Agent to be released is the Campaign Optimizer, which is designed to automate content creation, ensure AI-generated content aligns with a brand’s guidelines, automatically adjust campaigns based on performance, monitor full-funnel metrics, personalized content to different customers, and provide teams with deeper visibility into their analytics.
CallRail Launches an AI Agent for Managing Customer Calls
CallRail, a lead engagement platform, has launched Voice Assist, an AI assistant powered by the latest generative AI capabilities. Voice Assist can engage callers in natural, real-time conversations, handle routine tasks, and utilize purpose-built agentic AI and LLMs to ensure businesses capture more leads, maximize the value of every call, and never miss a lead opportunity. Specific features of Voice Assist include AI-generated follow-up texts, seamless handoffs from the AI to human agents, faster user onboarding, and tools for automatically capturing lead information.
Contentful Expands its CMS with New AI and Personalization Capabilities
Contentful, a content management system (CMS) provider, has launched a collection of new AI and personalization capabilities to expand its CMS offering. The additions include AI-powered content suggestions, custom data connectors with leading platforms, AI-generated content variants to streamline experimentation, additional content governance functionalities, and more. The company also announced a new strategic partnership with Shopify that will focus on helping companies connect and synchronize their content and commerce systems.
Freshworks Debuts its New Partner Program
Freshworks—an AI-powered customer and IT service software provider—has launched its new global partner program for resellers and service delivery partners. The program will provide partners with flexible sales engagement models, increased regional sales support, and a new services delivery program. Laura Padilla, Senior Vice President of Channels and Alliances at Freshworks, says, “Our new program makes it easier than ever for partners to do business with Freshworks and grow new revenue streams. Whether they choose to resell our customer and employee experience software or provide value-added professional services, we offer flexible monetization options that eliminate complexity.”
Gainsight Acquires Skilljar, a Learning Management Software
Gainsight, a Customer Success platform, has acquired Skilljar, a Learning Management Software (LMS) provider for external training. The acquisition will integrate Skilljar’s enterprise-grade scalability and content syndication platform with the personalized, customer-centric Gainsight’s Customer Education platform. As part of the acquisition, the Skilljar by Gainsight solution will provide teams with advanced monetization options, additional certification paths, AI content assistance, enterprise-grade scalability, and integrations with CRMs, other customer success platforms, and dozens of other tools for measuring education’s impact.
Hyland Announces New Capabilities for its Product Portfolio
Hyland—a unified content, process, and application intelligence solution provider—has announced several new capabilities for its product portfolio. Specifically, it’s adding new AI enhancements to the Hyland Automate, Hyland Knowledge Discovery, Hyland OnBase, and Hyland Alfresco products. Leonard Kim, Hyland’s Chief Product Officer, says, “Our latest product enhancements also support the importance of content intelligence and AI agents in content services – equipping organizations to better access and act on the insights hidden in their enterprise content, enhance data extraction and intelligently automate critical business processes.”
Iterable Reveals a New AI Agent
Iterable, an AI-powered communication platform, has unveiled Iterable Nova, a new agent-based system designed to act as a built-in advisor that delivers prescriptive recommendations to users, translates complex data into clear insights, and helps teams adapt to business goals in real-time. Users can interact with Nova via dialogue-driven, real-time experiences, making it easy for them to ask questions, surface actionable insights, and explore performance benchmarks without needing to dig into dashboards. The company also announced several additional platform enhancements, including a new Integrations Hub, an SMS Compliance Toolkit, segmentation tools, and more.
Nimble Expands its CRM with Email Marketing Capabilities
Nimble, a CRM designed for small businesses, sales teams, and marketing professionals, has launched its much-anticipated email marketing feature. With these new capabilities, Nimble users can send an unlimited number of HTML-powered and trackable emails. This will enable larger-scale outreach for newsletters, webinars, product announcements, seasonal promotions, and more—all from within the Nimble platform. Jon Ferrara, CEO of Nimble, says, “With the addition of Email Marketing, we’re expanding our capabilities to meet the growing needs of businesses looking to engage their audiences with both small-scale outreach and enterprise-level marketing campaigns.”
Oktopost Releases a Marketing Intelligence Solution
Oktopost, a B2B social media management, employee advocacy, and social listening platform, has announced a new AI-powered marketing intelligence solution to help marketing teams utilize in-depth, competitive insights. The latest product will analyze competitor content across multiple channels to help B2B leaders optimize their marketing and campaign strategies and equip them with the information they need to respond to industry trends quickly. Oktopost’s Marketing Intelligence solution will also integrate with its social media management and advocacy tools to enhance its technology ecosystem.
Progress Adds New AI Features to its Document Collaboration Platform
Progress, an AI-powered digital experience and infrastructure software, has launched purpose-built AI functionalities for Progress ShareFile, the SaaS-native document collaboration platform. The new features are designed to strengthen data security, enhance user efficiency, and empower businesses to optimize their workflows and maximize the productivity of their existing staff. Additionally, the AI-powered tools will help companies minimize the risks of accidental data leaks, accelerate the time to insights, and streamline the process of collecting documents.
ServiceNow Acquires Logik.ai
ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, has a definitive agreement to acquire Logik.ai, an AI‑powered, composable Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution. The acquisition will help ServiceNow expand its CRM footprint with additional sales and commerce capabilities, helping organizations close deals faster, maximize efficiency, and boost productivity levels. It will also enable ServiceNow to accelerate its momentum in Sales and Order Management (SOM), the process responsible for governing the commercial lifecycle from opportunity management, quoting, and order placement through fulfillment and delivery to renewals and expansions.
TELUS Digital Experience and Zendesk Announce a Strategic Collaboration
TELUS Digital Experience, a global technology company focused on customer experiences, has announced a new strategic collaboration with Zendesk, an agentic AI-powered service provider. As part of the partnership, Zendesk will integrate TELUS Digital’s global CXM talent into its support solution suite. This will provide clients with immediate access to a global network of 78,000 team members. Additionally, TELUS Digital will incorporate Zendesk’s CRM and call center as a Service (CCaaaS) technologies into its solution suite.
