The platform’s hybrid architecture leverages rule-based systems to consistently handle structured interactions while maintaining regulatory compliance and deploying advanced neural networks for nuanced, human-like responses to complex scenarios. evoAI’s capabilities include support for 120 languages with near-native fluency, a proprietary real-time sentiment analysis engine, 24/7 customer availability, and unified service delivery across mobile applications, websites, chatbots, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, SMS, and digital kiosks.
Cresta Releases its Platform on Google Cloud Marketplace
Cresta, a contact center AI platform for humans and AI agents, has announced that it’s now available on the Google Cloud Marketplace. This will provide organizations with more flexibility and cloud d deployment options via the Google Cloud Platform, making it easier for them to discover the tools they need to successfully apply AI in their contact centers. Lukasz Szostak, VP of Partnerships at Cresta, says the partnership will allow Alorica “to streamline the procurement process for customers and enable organizations to more easily deploy our solutions – accelerating their AI transformation journey.”
HeyGen Expands its Integration Partnership with HubSpot
HeyGen, an AI video generator for businesses, has expanded its partnership with HubSpot to further enable marketers and sales teams to automatically create, manage, and personalize video content within the HubSpot workflows they’re already using. The integration partnership will allow videos created with HeyGen to be seamlessly saved to custom fields within HubSpot, making them readily available for personalized email campaigns, product overviews, tutorials, onboarding processes, sales outreach, and other marketing efforts.
HubSpot Details the New AI Agents and Features Available in its Spring 2025 Spotlight
HubSpot has announced details on the new features available in its Spring 2025 Spotlight, which marks one of the company’s largest launches. The updates include the release of new Breeze Agents, AI-powered agents for customer support, sales, content marketers, and go-to-market teams; three AI-powered workspaces for sales reps, customer success managers, and help desk representations; and a collection of new and enhanced features for the Marketing Hub Enterprise suite, including tools for multi-account management, customer journey automation, and “Lookalike Lists” to help marketers find ideal customers based on the ones they already have.
