This will streamline how teams orchestrate their personalized cross-channel messaging and improve the resulting experiences and outcomes on brands’ critical conversion destinations. Allegion Acquires Waitwhile, Expands Digital Access Solutions
Allegion, a global security solutions provider, has acquired Waitwhile, a cloud-based platform specializing in virtual waitlist and appointment scheduling. The acquisition, done through one of Allegion’s subsidiaries, will help the company expand its access solutions portfolio by integrating digital queue management functionalities with its established physical security offerings. Additionally, Waitwhile CEO Christoffer Klemming will join Allegion and continue to lead the Waitwhile business, which has offices in the U.S. and Sweden.
Amplitude Expands Its Portfolio by Acquiring Kraftful
Amplitude, a digital analytics platform, has acquired Kraftful, an AI-native Voice of Customer (VoC) startup. The acquisition will help Amplitude expand its digital analytics platform by integrating Kraftful’s large language model-driven analysis of unstructured user feedback into its solution. With these new capabilities, Amplitude customers can automatically analyze customer feedback, identify friction in their checkout flows, watch session replays of customer experience to identify areas needing improvement, A/B test fixes, and engage users with in-app notifications.
Auxia Unveils AI Analyst Agent for Marketing Insights
Auxia, an Agentic Customer Journey Orchestration Platform, has launched an update for its AI Analyst Agent. The enhancement Agent is designed to leverage a natural language interface and real-time analytics to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
