ActiveCampaign Previews Its Upcoming AI-Driven Marketing Features
ActiveCampaign, an autonomous marketing platform, will announce new AI-driven marketing features at its Fall 2025 Innovation Keynote on September 30th. The presentation will focus on in-context AI and the Active Intelligence workspace, two new offerings that embed relevant intelligence into the environments marketers work in. Additional updates in the pipeline for ActiveCampaign include updates to the partner portal, a new Webflow integration, and over twenty-five new AI agents to help teams handle segmentation, personalization, goal-setting, channel selection, and campaign migration.
CallMiner Shares Findings From Its Annual CX Landscape Report
CallMiner, an AI-powered conversation intelligence and customer experience (CX) automation provider, has released its annual CX Landscape Report in partnership with Vanson Bourne, an independent specialist in market research for the technology sector. The report reveals that most (96 percent) global contact center and customer experience (CX) leaders view AI implementation as a key strategy, including generative AI and agentic AI. The report surveyed leaders across healthcare, financial services, technology, retail, and business process outsourcing industries and found that organizations remain hindered by inefficient execution, with 42 percent still relying on manual processes to analyze CX data.
Cordial Expands Its Foundry Innovation Program
Cordial, a messaging platform for enterprise marketing teams, has expanded its Foundry innovation program with a new wave of agent-first tools. The latest tools include a Figma Integration that pulls layouts and brand assets from design files; the private preview of Agent Interface, a customer-agent interaction environment where agents can execute creative and campaign workflows end-to-end; and the public preview of Cordial SAM, an agent-accessible library that uses AI to tag and structure brand assets. Jeremy Swift, CEO of Cordial, says, “With SAM, we’re giving AI the same access and guardrails a marketing team has, so brands can move at the speed of attention without losing control.”
Cornerstone OnDemand Introduces New Features to Its Galaxy Platform
Cornerstone OnDemand, a workforce agility solution provider, has announced several enhancements for its Galaxy platform. The additions include a system of AI agents for powering hyper-personalization, context-aware learning experiences, AI upskilling resources for employees, and updates to Cornerstone Galaxy AI, the proprietary AI technology powering the Cornerstone Galaxy workforce agility platform. Those Cornerstone Galaxy updates include context-aware learning agents, an integration with SkyHive’s Knowledge Graph, and Cornerstone AgentReady, which enables users to create compliant AI agents.
Markup AI Secures $27.5 Million in Financing
Markup AI, an API and MCP-first solution provider, has raised $27.5 million in financing. Genui Partners and EMH Partners led the round, with support from Capital Factory and angel investors Brad Feld, Scott Dorsey, David Fox, Jake Heller, David Kidder, Bernd-Michael Rumpf, Greg Sands, and Kindra Tatarsky. Markup AI will use these funds—comprised of a mix of Series A equity and debt—to accelerate the launch of its Content Guardian AgentsSM, expand developer integrations, and scale its go-to-market efforts globally.
Oktopost and Outreach Announce a New Integration
Oktopost, a B2B social media management platform, has announced a new integration with Outreach, an AI Revenue Workflow Platform. The integration will embed Oktopost’s Employee Advocacy solution directly into the Outreach experience, enabling sales teams to discover, share, and track approved content within their daily workflow. This will make it easier for sellers to access marketing-approved social content without leaving Outreach, while also giving marketing teams visibility into which posts drive engagement and influence revenue.
Optimove Launches Live Formulas
Optimove, the creator of Positionless Marketing, has launched Live Formulas, a new capability that enables marketers to trigger campaigns based on real-time customer behavior. With Live Formulas, Optimove is helping marketers aggregate customer actions over a specific period, launch personalized campaigns the moment outlined conditions are met, and more. Ben Tepfer, Director of Product Marketing at Optimove, explains, “Instead of working off stale data or waiting on technical resources, marketers can now define the logic, set the thresholds, and instantly deploy personalized engagement all from within the Optimove platform.”
Sprout Social Debuts an Integration with Canva
Sprout Social, a social media management software, has launched a new integration with Canva, an “all-in-one” visual communication platform. With this integration, users can send finalized visuals (designs, images, or videos) from Canva directly into Sprout as draft posts. The transferred visuals will retain any captions, tags, profile groups, and scheduled times, helping social and creative teams eliminate delays and errors that can occur during the handoff. This can be especially helpful for designers who finalize content in Canva and need an easier way to pass it to other departments for approval and publishing. Sprout Social’s integration with Canva is available now.
