Klaviyo Launches a Marketing and Customer Agent for Its CRM
Klaviyo, a CRM built for B2C brands, has announced a new Marketing Agent and released its previously detailed Customer Agent. These agents will help Klaviyo’s B2C-centric CRM unify data, marketing, service, and analytics in a single platform. Specifically, the Marketing Agent can plan and launch campaigns in minutes, create on-brand content, personalize every send, and continuously learn without prompting. The Customer Agent, meanwhile, delivers 24/7 personalized assistance to consumers by resolving common questions, recommending relevant products, and escalating to human agents with full context when needed.
Medallia Expands Its Partnership with Adobe
Medallia, a customer and employee experience solution, has expanded its strategic partnership with Adobe. As part of the expansion, Medallia will integrate with the newly launched Adobe AI Agents to help businesses build, deliver, and optimize customer experiences and marketing campaigns. “This partnership with Adobe will give businesses the unprecedented ability to act on what customers want by combining the power of intelligent agents with Medallia’s deep experience insights,” said Mark Bishof, CEO at Medallia.
Omnisend Announces New Personalization, AI, and SMS Features
Omnisend, an email and SMS marketing platform for e-commerce brands, has announced new personalization tools, AI-powered assistants, advanced SMS capabilities, and enhanced reporting features. These features will empower merchants to engage their customers with improved relevance and efficiency. For example, the new Personalized Content suite supports conditional content campaigns and recommendations based on past purchases and viewed products. Talkdesk Debuts a CXA Platform for Service-Based Businesses
Talkdesk, a Customer Experience Automation (CXA) provider, has announced Talkdesk Commercial & Residential Services Experience Cloud, a CXA platform purpose-built for service-based businesses. Talkdesk Data Cloud is central to this solution, enabling it to turn transcripts, call recordings, case notes, and customer records from CRMs and record systems into real-time, actionable knowledge.
