These agents will help Klaviyo’s B2C-centric CRM unify data, marketing, service, and analytics in a single platform. Specifically, the Marketing Agent can plan and launch campaigns in minutes, create on-brand content, personalize every send, and continuously learn without prompting. The Customer Agent, meanwhile, delivers 24/7 personalized assistance to consumers by resolving common questions, recommending relevant products, and escalating to human agents with full context when needed.

Medallia, a customer and employee experience solution, has expanded its strategic partnership with Adobe.
