Merkle Details a Partnership with Airship and Salesforce
Merkle, a customer experience transformation consultancy, has announced an agreement with Airship and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create a solution for more connected customer loyalty experiences on mobile devices. With this partnership, brand marketers and product managers who leverage Salesforce for loyalty management can tap into Airship to turn mobile signals from their customers into action, loyalty, and value. Pipeliner CRM, an enterprise-class CRM solution, has announced an industry-tailored CRM platform for global mining companies. With this CRM, organizations in the mining sector can simplify project oversight, manage relationships more efficiently, and make data-driven decisions with greater confidence. Qualtrics Signs a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Press Ganey Forsta
Qualtrics, the creator of the experience management (XM) category, has signed a definitive agreement to invest $6.75 billion to acquire Press Ganey Forsta, a provider of experience measurement and data analytics. The transaction will help organizations elevate business performance by combining Qualtrics’ technology with Press Ganey Forsta’s extensive data, benchmarking, and healthcare expertise. This will create a “complete” AI platform tailored for customer experience, patient experience, employee experience, and market research.
Sitecore Announces Sitecore AI
Sitecore, an AI-enabled digital experience software provider, has announced SitecoreAI, a next-generation digital experience solution that puts artificial intelligence at the center of marketing. With customer journeys shifting from static searches to AI-driven discovery, SitecoreAI aims to help brands move with their audiences in real-time by making every interaction feel personal, connected, and perfectly timed. SitecoreAI is built on the foundation of Sitecore XM Cloud and aims to unify content, data, and personalization in a single, composable SaaS platform designed to optimize as teams work. This will empower marketers and AI systems to automate complex workflows.
Sitecore Reveals Sitecore Studio
Sitecore also announced Sitecore Studio, an innovation layer for SitecoreAI that will help customers and partners build and customize AI-powered agents and workflows. The Sitecore Studio offering will provide connected environments where marketers, developers, and partners can design, extend, and share AI agents at scale. “Sitecore Studio removes one of the biggest barriers companies have faced in realizing the full benefits of cloud-native platforms: benefiting from the simplicity of SaaS combined with the freedom to tailor solutions and processes that make their brand unique,” said Sitecore CEO Eric Stine.
TrueDialog Launches an SMS Integration for HubSpot
TrueDialog, an enterprise-grade SMS texting solution, has launched its newest HubSpot SMS integration. The new integration will enable HubSpot users to send one-to-one and mass SMS messages using 10DLC numbers and/or short codes, all within their HubSpot environment. This can help drive higher response rates and faster conversions compared to email and phone calls. Teams can also use the integration to trigger SMS messages automatically via HubSpot workflows, engage customers directly from HubSpot contact records, leverage automatic opt-out handling, personalize messages with any token, and manage high-volume bulk SMS sends.
