With more than 20 years of experience in the contact center industries, Angie has expertise in operational leadership, achieving and exceeding outsourced business process performance metrics, managing client relationships, and bringing the highest value to clients. Under her guidance, TDCX Singapore has received multiple regional and international industry awards since 2005. She is a certified COPC Coordinator, Vice Chairman for the Contact Center Association of Singapore and a member of Republic Polytechnic School of Hospitality School Advisory Committee from 2018 to 2020.
