With these offerings, teams can move from a creative brief to a live campaign site faster than ever, remediate accessibility and content policy issues, and automatically generate content optimized for both traditional search engines (SEO) and the new AI answer engines, in a practice known as Answer Engine Optimization, or AEO.
Cordial Introduces New Capabilities to Help Brands Understand Their Customers
Cordial, a cross-channel marketing platform, has announced new capabilities to help brands understand their customers and respond with relevance at critical moments. For example, the release introduces a Customer Insights Dashboard, Advanced RCS Personalization tools, and First-Visit Personalization, developed in collaboration with Foundry, Cordial’s internal innovation program. Cresta Launches an Agent Operations Center
Cresta, a customer experience AI platform for human and AI agents, has launched an Agent Operations Center. Designed to serve as a unified command hub for all conversations in the contact center, whether led by humans or AI, the new Agent Operations Center aims to empower supervisors with real-time visibility and instant intervention tools. These functionalities will enable enterprises to provide services that are accurate, compliant, and consistently on brand. The Center also creates a new role for AI supervisors, the human experts who can guide or intervene in AI Agent conversations when needed.
Cyara Appoints a New CEO
Cyara, a global provider of AI-powered customer experience (CX) assurance, has appointed Sushil Kumar as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his prior roles at companies such as RelicX.ai, Oracle, CA Technologies, and Broadcom, Kumar helped lead global teams and multi-hundred-million-dollar businesses focused on enhancing digital performance and customer experience at scale. As CEO at Cyara, he will help the company continue to accelerate AI CX innovation and elevate customer experiences by enabling reliable, responsive, and trustworthy interactions across every channel.
Precisely Reveals New Agentic AI Capabilities
Precisely, a global data integrity company, has launched new agentic AI capabilities within its EngageOne RapidCX customer communications platform. The release introduces three new AI agents—Sentiment Analysis, Contextual Rewrite, and Readability—alongside an AI Intelligent Search functionality. Together, these new features can help businesses streamline their communications workflows, reduce risk, increase team productivity, strengthen brand integrity across every customer touchpoint, and ensure every communication is clear, consistent, and compliant.
Salesforce Expands the Salesforce Platform for ISV Partners
Salesforce has announced a significant expansion of the Salesforce Platform for ISV partners. With this update, independent software vendors (ISVs) can embed the complete Agentforce 360 system as the foundation for their agentic applications, gaining access to the same AI-native foundation that powers Salesforce applications. This will enable partners to develop and commercially distribute their own AI agents and applications, utilizing core product capabilities that were previously available only to Salesforce customers.
Xactly Unveils the Incent AI Agents
Xactly, an intelligent revenue solution provider, has announced its Incent AI Agents. Launching in an early access preview on the Xactly Intelligent Revenue Platform, these agents are powered by Xactly Intelligence to revolutionize sales performance management (SPM) by empowering organizations to manage and optimize incentive compensation programs with speed, flexibility, and data-driven precision. Christopher Li, SVP of Products at Xactly, says, “The new Incent AI Agents are a powerful example of this.
