Clearlogin Acquired By Evolve IP

Evolve IP, The Cloud Strategy Company™, today announced that it has acquired New Jersey-based IAM provider Clearlogin has been acquired by Pennsylvania-based cloud services   provider Evolve IP. Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014, Clearlogin sells an identity authentication suite  that provides enterprises with a tools for provisioning and monitoring associate identities. The service is delivered via a web or mobile portal and includes robust reporting and analytics, multi-factor authentication, security policy access management, and cross-domain support for enterprises with multiple directory integration needs.

This deal is Evolve IP’s third publicly disclosed acquisition in 2017, and will provide Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) for solutions in the Evolve IP OneCloud^T platform.
