Optimal IdM Announces Global Partnership with SystemDomain

This morning, identity and access management solution provider Optimal IdM announced a global services partnership agreement with SystemDomain, Inc. SystemDomain is a global information technology and consulting services company; the partnership aims to provide customers with a complete managed IAM service. The partnership also augments both Optimal IdM’s and SystemDomain’s product lines and services.

In a statement, SystemDomain CEO Shubhi Garg said: “This collaboration highlights our strong and growing relationship with Optimal IdM. The partnership creates a center of excellence with a dedicated focus on Optimal IdM’s enterprise software products that provide broad capabilities and solutions for a superior customer experience in IAM. This alliance also creates a strong differentiating edge to our existing IT professional services portfolio in Project Management and Identity Solution Assessments.”

In a related statement, Vice President of Channel Sales and Partnerships at Optimal IdM Chris Curcio said: “This alliance with SystemDomain creates a logical extension of Optimal IdM’s managed services offering to onsite consulting, integration, project management, and security assessments.”

SystemDomain offers cybersecurity solution integration services to defend against enterprise-level threats. They also offer Risk Management solutions, including Threat Detection & Response, Fraud Intelligence Services, and Governance Risk & Compliance.

Optimal IdM’s portfolio includes the OptimalCloud, a cloud Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform. This product offers single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and audit reporting services. They also offer the Virtual Identity Server—a policy-driven single sign-on solution incorporating federated services.

More and more enterprises turn to managed cybersecurity services to fulfill their identity and access management needs. The cybersecurity staffing crisis has made finding and retaining reliable cybersecurity talent a daunting task for even the largest enterprise. A managed IAM service will allow enterprises to enjoy 24/7 user behavior and security event monitoring and threat intelligence updates.
