As Vice President of Customer Experience at BackBox, Jim is dedicated to implementing a global customer strategy that drives and influences excellence in every interaction. Prior to BackBox, Jim was the Head of Customer Success at Jump Cloud where he built a global customer success team responsible for building deep, valuable relationships for enterprise customers around the world.
