Craig Jackson is a Senior Incident Response Consultant with Cisco Talos Incident Response. He has over a decade of experience in the information security field, where he has specialized in risk assessment, penetration testing, incident response, and threat intelligence. He holds numerous industry certifications and has authored several incident response and penetration testing tools. When he isn't working, Craig can be found adventuring with his family, writing fiction, or recording and producing music. Nate Pors is an incident response commander with over six years of experience in cybersecurity and five years in operational leadership. Prior to joining Cisco in February 2021, Nate worked as the senior cybersecurity watch officer for the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. His duties included day-to-day operational leadership of the Security Operations Center and command of the agency’s Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. Nate served in the United States Marine Corps as a combat engineer officer, leaving with the rank of captain. His postings included platoon command and a battalion staff assignment.
