Russ Eling, Founder and CEO at OSS Consultants: Before founding OSS Consultants, Russ spent twenty years in several Engineering and Systems Engineering roles at General Motors. During his time at GM, he helped develop and implement a successful OSS governance program (OSPO) and built the team responsible for reviewing the use of open source software in every GM vehicle worldwide.
