Solutions Review Surpasses 250K on YouTube to Power Unmatched Media Momentum in Enterprise Tech

Solutions Review is proud to announce 250K subscribers on YouTube, delivering brands authority with video to dominate the age of AI search.

Solutions Review has officially surpassed 250,000 subscribers on YouTube, a milestone that’s about more than just the number. This moment marks the payoff of a deliberate, two-year strategy centered on authoritative video, human-led insight, and an early recognition of how AI search engines ingest information, assign trust, and surface sources at scale.

This milestone arrives alongside two others that underscore the breadth of that strategy. Our sister brand, Insight Jam, has now crossed one million subscribers, establishing it as one of the most influential media platforms enabling the human conversation on AI. At the same time, we are preparing to launch a new channel, The Human Conversation, hosted by Solutions Review President Doug Atkinson, focused squarely on the human impacts of AI.

These milestones matter because authority no longer forms the way it used to.

Why the Milestone Matters: GenAI Added a Layer to the Authority Game

In the GenAI world, influence is no longer granted solely by legacy analyst status, gated PDFs, or  even closed-door briefings. Authority is now established upstream—through visible expertise, consistent publishing velocity, and signals that both humans and generative AI systems recognize, reuse, and cite. Internally, we’ve referred to this shift as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Video is the Center of This New Reality

Even  Gartner’s own research confirms the shift, finding that 65 percent of B2B buyers are influenced by YouTube content during their purchase process, meaning video shapes perception long before formal sales engagement ever begins. What’s become increasingly clear is that this strategy doesn’t just build audience—it creates media momentum.

A recent example comes from CRM, just one of the many enterprise technology categories we cover. In January, Solutions Review emerged as a top domain cited by AI systems in CRM-related answers, appearing alongside Forbes, TechRadar, PCMag, and Business News Daily. According to Brandi, Solutions Review recorded the largest increase in media domain citations among this peer set, rising 324 percent in less than one month.

We are proving it out: It’s what happens when consistent video thought leadership, authoritative editorial coverage, and category-level dominance converge in a way AI systems can understand and reward in search.

Broad Context

Many of the largest enterprise technology research and analyst organizations—Gartner, Informa Tech, Forrester, G2, and others—maintain surprisingly modest YouTube subscriber bases, despite decades of brand equity. That gap reflects the structural shift we saw two years ago: legacy brand authority was built for human readers alone, not for generative engines trained on the open web.

We’re not an analyst firm. But because we operate across the same enterprise technology categories—CRM included—we’re increasingly evaluated in the same competitive frame. The difference is that we chose visibility, reach, and human conversation at scale, while others remained anchored to older distribution models.

Today, that choice gives us dominance across traditional search, accelerating influence on YouTube—the world’s second-largest search engine—and a clear runway to lead in what comes next: GenAI discovery, where large language models privilege familiar, frequently cited, and demonstrably authoritative sources.

Surpassing 250,000 YouTube subscribers, achieving one-million-plus reach on Insight Jam, earning top-five AI citation status in core enterprise categories like CRM, and launching a new human-centric channel all point to the same conclusion: Solutions Review isn’t reacting to the future of media, we’re actively modeling it.
