Amazon Set to Ewquip IBM with NVIDIA GPUs for AI

On November 13, news publication Business Insider reported that the tech titan was in talks with IBM to provide the latter access to powerful NVIDIA GPUs through Amazon Web Services, the cloud arm of Amazon. According to the report, if the deal is signed, IBM would use EC2 servers at AWS that come equipped with NVIDIA artificial intelligence chips.

CoreWeave Nabs Investments New from Cisco, Pure Storage

Last week, bitcoin mining company Core Scientific said CoreWeave had signed up for 500 megawatts worth of data center capacity in a deal that could be worth up to $8.7 billion over 12 years. In addition to Cisco and Pure, investment firms, including BlackRock and Fidelity, participated in CoreWeave’s secondary sale.
