Anand S leads Innovation at Straive, where he focuses on making Generative AI reliable, aligned, and ready for real business use. Known internally as an LLM Psychologist, he studies how large language models respond, learn, and behave to help enterprises use them more effectively. Anand holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and has completed a term at the London Business School. His work combines engineering, behavioral insight, and human-in-the-loop design to improve AI performance across complex workflows.
