Heather Wright, Business Innovation Leader, ISV Segment, AWS, has over 25 years in technology experience in roles including go-to-market, services, partner programs and alliance and software product marketing management. A significant part of her technology career was spent at IBM. Clients have included ISV, enterprise, mid-market, SMB, and startup, in a wide range of industries including public sector, energy, fintech, manufacturing, R&D, and information technology. She is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and a Culture of Innovation Certified Speaker. Her favorite part of the job is providing support to ISVs as they innovate for growth and align resources to help ISVs maximize end customer outcomes.
