Creatio (formerly bpm’online) has announced major updates to its platform and products. Creatio version 7.16 features a broad range of enhancements to its core capabilities. The tool is a low-code platform that enables users with no coding experience to be developers. Additionally, Creatio 7.16 offers a BPM engine to transform processes faster, as well as unified CRM to align sales, marketing, and service.
Creatio also recently announced a new initiative aimed at assisting organizations with fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. Healthcare, charity, volunteering, and governmental businesses that are working and communicating to prevent the spread and/or mitigate the impact of the infection can use Service Creatio, the customer center edition for free for six months.
Creatio version 7.16 features more than 500 updates and enhancements. The key improvements to the platform include advanced capabilities for machine learning model configurations, revamped user interface and user experience for increased efficiency, and improved tools for process flow management. Additionally, users will gain tools to import .bpmn processes and automatically convert them into executable processes.
In a press statement, CEO and Managing Partner at Creatio, Katherine Kostereva said, “at Creatio, we are building a world where everyone can automate business ideas in minutes. Creatio version 7.16 is designed to help build and transform customer-facing and operational processes across an entire organization faster and easier. Additionally, the response time for all Creatio products has been optimized. The updates also feature a range of UX and UI improvements, including the ability to share a link to a record and show alerts on potential losses of any unsynchronized data.
