ActiveCampaign Launches a New No-Code Solution for its Customer Experience Automation Platform

ActiveCampaign, a leading Customer Experience Automation (CXA) platform provider, has launched a new no-code data model solution. The new solution will enable users to develop custom objects within the ActiveCampaign application without coding, which will help them build workflows for dynamic, automatic experiences. Users can also utilize these new no-code functionalities to expand their contacts, deals, and accounts with additional data that doesn’t require the user to go through an API or rely on developer expertise.


Bluecore Announces a New Mobile Marketing Solution for Retailers

Bluecore, a retail technology company, recently launched Bluecore Mobile, which will act as an extension of the company’s retail AI model. With the new mobile solution, retailers can respond to live shoppers to deliver tailored, personalized messaging to shoppers that would usually be related to emails and digital advertising (i.e., back-in-stock alerts, price drops, abandoned cart reminders). Bluecore Mobile empowers businesses to identify and acquire new shoppers, send SMS and MMS text messages to shoppers who prefer mobile communications, get more conversions from fewer messages, and help prospective customers discover new products that meet their needs.


Blueshift Announces a Bi-Directional Integration with Snowflake to Improve Cross-Channel Experiences

Blueshift, a customer engagement platform, has revealed a new bi-directional integration with Snowflake, a data cloud company. With the bi-directional integration, marketers can create relevant 1:1 customer journeys that are built around AI-powered insights and enterprise-wide operational data to curate personalized, cross-channel experiences for customers. The integration will also enable users to build audience segments without IT assistance, create predictive models with enterprise-wide data, launch advanced cross-channel engagement campaigns, and operate on unified, up-to-date customer views in their system.


Invoca Raises $83 Million in a Series F Equity Financing Round

Invoca, an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform for revenue teams, has announced that it’s received an $83 million Series F equity financing with a valuation of $1.1 billion. The new capital is led by Silver Lake Waterman, with Hollyport Capital, Fenwick & West, and Kingfisher Investment Advisors providing additional investments. Existing investors Accel, Upfront Venture, H.I.G. Capital, and Industry Ventures also participated. The Series F funding will help Invoca expand its contact center market partnerships, expand its channel partner program, broaden its geographic coverage, and accelerate product innovations via development and acquisitions.


Peach Acquires Cape to Expand its Advertising Workflow Capabilities

Peach, a video advertising workflow and delivery solution provider, has acquired Cape, a SaaS creative and campaign automation platform designed to help teams improve collaboration and publish content to digital and social destinations. Cape’s capabilities include multi-variant testing, asset management, visual analysis tools, campaign planning, data feed management, approval flows, user collaboration, and publishing tools for social and advertising platforms. The acquisition will help Peach expand its advertising workflow capabilities, continue to innovate its products, grow its international footprint, and continue its mission of simplifying and automation advertising.


Salesforce Introduces Sales Cloud Unlimited, a Unified Platform to Help Sales Teams Improve Productivity

Salesforce recently introduced Sales Cloud Unlimited, a new unified platform that provides sales teams with the tools they need to accelerate workflows and revenue growth. Now that Sales Cloud is an all-in-one platform for sales, organizations across industries can use Salesforce’s AI (via Einstein), analytics, and automation capabilities to improve how they connect with customers. Other additions include eight new built-in AI solutions, embedded call coaching functionalities, conversation insights, updated sales engagement tools, and more.
