Infobip Launches an Integration for HubSpot’s CRM Platform

Infobip, a global communications platform provider, has launched a new integration with HubSpot’s CRM solution. It provides HubSpot users with WhatsApp and SMS messaging functionalities, enabling them to connect with their customers on multiple communications channels and provide a unified customer experience. Marketers can also use the integration to share payment links, generate automated support messages, offer better security with authentication codes, and send automated messages and updates from WhatsApp and SMS channels. The integration is available in HubSpot’s App Marketplace.


ON24 Drops an Updated Version of its Webinar Solution

ON24, a sales and marketing platform for digital engagement, recently announced an updated version of its webinar solution, ON24 Elite Explore. The new version includes a redesigned user interface, updated styling options for its engagement tools, cookie consent banner, customizable viewing experiences, enhanced recording tools, and other tools for customizing touchpoints and delivering interactive calls to action on consumer-friendly interfaces. The company also announced several new features for its ON24 platform, including ON24 forums, ON24 Connect, and ON24 Intelligence, which will help clients capture buyer insights, increase engagement, and improve reporting.


Salesforce Announces Salesforce Easy, a New Product to Help Companies Improve Efficiency and Cut Costs

Salesforce has released details on Salesforce Easy, a new and simplified experience for businesses of all sizes. Salesforce Easy is a new way for companies to try, buy, and expand their Salesforce platform with self-service purchasing options and “three-click set-ups” that streamline the processes involved with managing customer relationships, developing digital experiences, and adapting to industry disruptions. Additional benefits of Salesforce Easy include an easier activation experience that can increase productivity, help users understand ROI, streamline time-consuming processes, cut costs, and more. In the coming months, Salesforce plans to announce additional Salesforce Easy products across marketing, analytics, and commerce use cases.


SugarCRM and ResPax Announce an Integrated CRM and Tour Booking Platform for the Travel and Tourism Industry

SugarCRM, the AI-driven CRM platform provider, has announced a new strategic partnership with ResPax, a global tour reservation system provider. The companies can offer clients a fully integrated tour booking platform and CRM for the travel and tourism industries. The integrated solution will provide functionalities that allow travel and tourism businesses to reduce busywork, remove roadblocks, optimize customer journeys, use preference-based targeting to unlock customer insights, identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities, and help tour operators serve customers more efficiently.
