Braze, a customer engagement platform, has announced several new product features at its annual customer conference, FORGE. These new features and updates include Braze Cloud Data Ingestion, customer segment extensions, customizable Personally Identifiable Information (PII) fields, expanded messaging capabilities for WhatsApp, and native channel support for WhatsApp, launching in 2023. With these updates, Braze users can directly activate data from their data platforms, continue to reach their target audience, enhance data privacy, sync structured and unstructured data from any source, and more.
Clearbit, a B2B marketing intelligence solution provider, has launched Clearbit Capture, a new capability designed to help marketing teams automate intent-based outreach for “best-fit” website visitors. The new feature expands on the capabilities of Clearbit’s Data Activation Platform to equip marketing and sales teams with the data they need to engage with high-intent website visitors and convert them into the sales pipeline. Teams can also use this feature to add leads, accounts, and key contacts to Salesforce automatically. Clearbit Capture is available now.
Drift, a “conversational cloud” solution provider, recently expanded its Drift Conversational Sales suite with new features to help sales teams accelerate deal cycles and enrich their pipelines with real-time buyer insights. The updated Drift Conversational Sales offering consolidates the various tech stacks sales teams use into a single solution, helping them develop a valuable pipeline and maximize sales rates. Features include real-time sales dashboards, mobile app parity, live conversation viewing, and Drift’s AI-powered Engagement Score.
Salesforce recently announced the launch of Automotive Cloud, a new product built for automakers, automotive finance groups, dealers, and their customers. The new solution is built on Driver 360 and helps users provide memorable customer service, drive revenue with improved lead conversions, and increase productivity with industry-specific automation, intelligence, and real-time analytics capabilities. Some of the additional features include dealer performance management, Salesforce Genie, intelligent automation tools, automotive lead management, and purpose-built dashboards.
