Customers of Clearbit and G2 can now access relevant Buyer Intent Signals directly from Clearbit’s Data Activation Platform.

Contentstack Raises $80 Million in a Series C Funding Round

Contentstack, the provider of a leading Content Experience Platform (CXP), has raised $80 million in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Georgian and Insight Partners, with additional participation from Illuminate Ventures. All three companies have invested in Contentstack previously, contributing a total of $169 million. Contentstack plans to use the funds to continue supporting enterprise companies in developing composable, omnichannel, personalized experiences.

Heap Releases a New Tool for Mapping User Paths Throughout Digital Experiences

Heap, a digital analytics solution provider, has released a new tool for visually mapping users’ paths when using digital products. Titled Heap Journeys, the tool combines data science, visual maps, and integrated session replay features into a single integrated workflow. These tools will help users understand how users navigate their websites and products. The company also launched new configurable privacy features, including audit logs, cross-domain identity management with Single Sign-On (SSO), and domain, path, data attributes, IP address, and geolocation redactions.

Hotjar Expands its Product Experience Insights Platform with PingPong Acquisition

Hotjar, the provider of a Product Experience Insights platform, has acquired PingPong, a UX research platform. The acquisition will help Hotjar provide its customers with additional user research capabilities for improving a business’s ability to empathize with customers. Mohannad Ali, CEO of Hotjar, says, “This integration adds a critical layer of insight to product development strategy: directly testing your product face-to-face with the people who matter the most, the end-users. HubSpot has announced a new partnership with ClickUp’s leading productivity platform. Additionally, HubSpot announced that it launched a native integration for WhatsApp. With this new integration, companies can connect an existing WhatsApp business account to their shared inbox as a messaging channel for communicating with customers and prospects while leveraging the data held within the HubSpot CRM software. The integration is available now to all HubSpot Marketing Hub and Service Hub customers at the Professional tier and above.
