Contentstack Raises $80 Million in a Series C Funding Round
Contentstack, the provider of a leading Content Experience Platform (CXP), has raised $80 million in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Georgian and Insight Partners, with additional participation from Illuminate Ventures. All three companies have invested in Contentstack previously, contributing a total of $169 million. Contentstack plans to use the funds to continue supporting enterprise companies in developing composable, omnichannel, personalized experiences.

Heap Releases a New Tool for Mapping User Paths Throughout Digital Experiences
Heap, a digital analytics solution provider, has released a new tool for visually mapping users’ paths when using digital products. Titled Heap Journeys, the tool combines data science, visual maps, and integrated session replay features into a single integrated workflow. These tools will help users understand how users navigate their websites and products. Hotjar, the provider of a Product Experience Insights platform, has acquired PingPong, a UX research platform. The acquisition will help Hotjar provide its customers with additional user research capabilities for improving a business’s ability to empathize with customers.
