eGain Corporation, a customer-engagement knowledge platform, has partnered with Talkdesk, a global cloud-based content center solution provider. The companies will help businesses modernize their customer service offerings with AI-powered knowledge management and extensive digital capabilities. The partnership also involves the release of the Talkdesk-eGain Connector, a new tool that includes two integrations that embed eGain’s knowledge management tools into the Talkdesk Agent Workspace.

Pipedrive Relaunches its School of Code Program

Salesforce has announced the general availability and pricing information for its Sales GPT, Service GPT, and Einstein GPT Trust Layer solutions. SalesGPT is included in the Sales Cloud Einstein product, and Service GPT is in Service Cloud Einstein.
