Onesend’s services will also be incorporated into ActiveCampaign’s partner portal.

Amplitude Releases a New Version of its Digital Analytics Platform

Amplitude, a digital analytics platform, has launched Amplitude Plus. With this new self-service offering, businesses of all sizes can access Amplitude’s Digital Analytics Platform functionalities at a lower cost. The plan starts at $49 per month and includes audience management, A/B testing, feature flagging, industry-specific starter templates, self-paced learning offerings, and other self-service management tools to help brands deliver digital experiences that drive better business outcomes.

Braze Expands its Customer Engagement Platform with New Features

Braze, a customer engagement platform, has introduced several new product features to help companies create memorable experiences at scale and drive in-product conversions. These new features include Feature Flags, which pairs with Braze’s customer journey orchestration tools to help brands deliver personalized experiences across their mobile and web-based applications. Other new features include message content recommendations and the beta versions of two AI offerings that use large language models (LLMs) to interpret user-provided inputs and match customers with relevant services.

Salesforce Announces its Acquisition of Airkit.ai

Salesforce has acquired Airkit.ai, an AI-powered customer service application and experience provider. Airkit.ai—a Salesforce Ventures portfolio company and Salesforce AppExchange partner—will become part of Salesforce’s Service Cloud solution and will continue to be led by the company’s co-founder and CTO, Adam Evans.
