Accenture Expands its Salesforce Capabilities with the Acquisition of Incapsulate

Accenture, a global professional services company, has acquired Incapsulate, a digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions. Incapsulate is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner that designs and implements Salesforce solutions for companies in the public sector and financial services industries. As part of the acquisition, Incapsulate’s team of over 275 Salesforce practitioners and software engineers, who hold over 1,100 certifications, will join the Accenture Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Introduces New Generative AI Tools for its Contact Center Solution

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced several new generative AI capabilities for Amazon Connect, AWS’ cloud-based contact center. The new capabilities—revealed at AWS re:Invent—include Amazon Q in Connect, Amazon Connect Contact Lens, Amazon Lex in Connect, and Amazon Connect Customer Profiles. These features expand the service’s existing machine learning (ML) functionalities. They will provide companies with additional tools for providing accurate customer support, detecting customer sentiments, tracking trends, ensuring policy compliance, creating chatbots, and managing unified customer profiles.

AdLib Announces New Capabilities for its Advertising Software

AdLib—an advertising software company that provides agencies and brands with DSP solutions and services—has expanded its capabilities with new support for YouTube, YouTube TV, Mobile App Install, and online campaigns across its platform suite. The new features include enhanced reporting, dynamic budget allocation, improved campaign pacing, user interface updates, and more.
